The pre-wedding session is a fundamental part of your wedding photography. You will have a beautiful memory of your last days as fiancés, and also the photos of the pre-wedding can be used as part of your wedding invitations, as a background in a guest book, props for the Big Day, or simply to get a taste of the wedding in your social networks.
But above all, the engagement session helps us to build a relation between us.
What do I mean?
As a wedding photographer I am aware of the nerves involved in facing the objective of a camera. So the pre-wedding is an essential part before the wedding day where we can rehearse the big day. In addition you’ll get in contact with the camera and I will help you to pose naturally.
This approach is fundamental for me because in this way I can get to know you better and build a connection that will be important during the wedding day. I believe that your wedding photographer should not be a stranger: I’ll share with you some of the most intimate moments in one of your most anticipated days of your lives. As a wedding photographer I am in charge of capturing personal and emotive moments, and with a pre-wedding session you will not only get used to my presence but also feed that connection between us.
We can conceive the engagement session as an rehearsal within a more relaxed atmosphere, without the nerves of your wedding day. Remember that my job as a wedding photographer is to make you feel comfortable, to capture with my camera the complicity between you and to get to photograph beyond your outer appearance.
And if you like the pre-wedding so much and enjoy photos of the wedding that you want to repeat, I also offer you the possibility of doing a post-wedding or trash the dress session.
